TakeTEN is a one-of-a-kind program grounded in science and proven methods for improving your quality of life and your health. Our team of lifestyle medicine experts look into all aspects of your life...your current health, health history, your activity levels, your eating habits, sleep patterns, how you handle stress, and your triggers in order to create a personalized lifestyle prescription specifically for you.

During the ten days, you’ll be able to put your personalized plan into action and you’ll learn how to incorporate ten proven health habits. If you are like most participants, by the end of ten days you’ll feel great; have more energy; will have markedly lowered your cholesterol, blood pressure and blood sugar; and will have reduced or eliminated your need for medication. More importantly you will discover how to ease stress without overeating; lose weight without feeling starved; and fight disease by following ten healing habits proven to help you find balance between mind, body and spirit.
